We try to make our delivery and shipping charges simple and fair. We want you to be as happy with the delivery of your product as you are with the product itself.

Our shipping is typically free of charge! For comfort items like pillows, toppers, bedding, and accessories, we ship via Fedex, DHL and UPS ground shipping at no additional cost within the US.

However, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may have additional fees. See below for additional fees that may apply outside of our free standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping:

Upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air for $25 per order or UPS Next Day Air for $40 per order.

Orders placed by noon Eastern Standard Time ship the same day (except Saturday and Sunday).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories:

Currently, we offer standard shipping for all comfort items for $25 per order for pillows, bedding, and accessories.

Mattress toppers are shipped with standard shipping for $50 per order.

Upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air for $40 per order or UPS Next Day Air for $55 per order.

Return Policy

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress! After all, 94% of owners are satisfied with their Bedding US mattress. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 90-Night Trial.

If you don’t love your new mattress contact us. You may return your mattress within 90 days of delivery. We will refund your money, minus the shipping charges.

After your first 90 Nights, you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty on mattresses.

Mattress Toppers, Pillow Protectors, Mattress Protectors, Comforters and other Bedding Products

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
